What you need to know about your upcoming appointment
We provide assistance to children up to age 2 (up to their 2nd birthday)after age 2 we provide assistance if the child is special needs or has a medical condition requiring them to be in diapers, and we do require the child’s incontinence prescription. We also provide adult diapers for anyone with incontinence problems.
We have other essentials for children such as clothes, jackets , socks, breastfeeding supplies, formula feeding supplies, baby food, and baby cereal. What we have available changes daily. If you are in need of an item, please ask during your appointment.
Identification is required for Parent or Guardian, and Proof of Parenthood is required for each child such as birth certificate, hospital discharge papers , Health insurance card with birthdate listed or Foster placement letter.
You may receive assistance every 30 days.
Multiple missed and no call/no show appointments may result in refusal of services.
If you are currently pregnant we cannot assist until after the baby is born.
If you are unable to come to your appointment, you may have your significant other, friend or family member come for you as long as they have proper identification.
We do often require children to come to the appointment for a weight check.
We cannot guarantee brand of Diapers
We are donation based, so what we have available changes all the time.
When making an appointment, Either Parent(Mom or Dad) or Guardian may come or make the appointment. But we can only offer assistance 1 time to 1 parent per month, unless parents share custody and do not reside together.
We have the right to refuse service to those who cannot follow rules.
